Underground Trails

Not all of our trails are above ground. As a matter of fact, some of the most magnificent scenery can be found along our cave trails that are all open year round.

Horse Cave KY Mammoth Cave

Mammoth Cave National Park, the longest cave in the world, is the granddaddy of them all.

Hidden River Cave, in downtown Horse Cave’s Commercial District, listed on the National Register of Historic Places, has the world’s longest underground suspension bridge that leads to the region’s largest cave room. They also have the region’s only Wild Cave Tours.

Mammoth Onyx Cave, at Kentucky Down Under Adventure Zoo in Horse Cave, is draped with beautiful stalactites and stalagmites.  A cave tour is included in your Zoo admission.
