The Map House-Stay Somewhere That Takes You Places

The Map House is a cozy one-bedroom getaway for two, filled with vintage maps & travel-inspired charm. Perfect for couples or a relaxing solo stay, the home offers a comfortable bedroom, inviting living space, and full kitchen.

Located next door to Green River Hill Grocery for easy meals. The store is open Thursday-Saturday.

A unique Kentucky stay & great base for exploring:

• 12 miles from Lincoln’s Birthplace National Park
• 26 miles from Mammoth Cave National Park
• Just up the hill from the Rio Boat Launch on the Green River

The space
Originally built as the home of shopkeepers of Green River Hill Grocery – several owners & their families made the house a home in the first decades of the store’s existence. Recently renovated by the daughter of one of the owners, the Map House has been given a fresh step into its future – as your remote adventure hub. In the middle of acres and acres of woodland – the nights are calm and quiet.
