Please note: as part of the building’s historic character, some sound transfer is possible. You may occasionally hear guests in the upstairs unit or light street noise from downtown.

The space features an open-concept layout designed for gathering and relaxing. The second sleeping area includes a sliding door for added privacy; however, the ceiling remains open to preserve the original industrial feel of the space, so it is not fully soundproof.

Other things to note
The poker table top easily folds and can be removed if you need an actual table to eat at.

On street parking is available in front of the building. You can also find free parking on Water Street.
