Hart County’s Blueway on the Green: an outdoor adventure paradise
The Hart County Blueway on the Green features 42.5 miles of paddling adventure on the Green River in Kentucky. These miles include islands and sand bars to explore, blue holes to dip into – if you dare – and many springs to hang out around. (Featured blue hole photo by Matt McClintock.) the Blueway also includes the 300 Springs Waterfall, which is only accessible by boat.
This Blueway begins at the private launch, Lynn Camp Creek, and runs to Dennison Ferry, just inside Mammoth Cave National Park. Please note access must be arranged to launch at Lynn Camp Creek. Also, please note that there is no public access in-between Munfordville and Dennison Ferry. This trip is considered an overnight option.
